Who can shop with us
Our products are intended for adults. You must be 18 or over to purchase. Our whitening products are cosmetic products, not medical treatments.
Using our products
- Always follow the instructions included with each product.
- Do not use whitening products if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have untreated dental conditions — if in doubt, check with your dentist first.
- Discontinue use if you experience irritation and contact us via the contact page.
- Whitening results vary between individuals and apply to natural teeth only; crowns, veneers and fillings do not change colour.
Orders, pricing and delivery
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Promotional discounts apply as displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in your order.
